The Devil Wears Prada: Letting Miranda Inspire Us

The Devil Wears Prada is a fabulous film, as is Meryl Streep’s acting, not to mention how fabulous the interior design of the spaces are in the film!  In fact, today we will look at with the office of Miranda (Meryl Streep), which I find very interesting and stylistically full of ideas to inspire you.

Although Miranda represents the “devil” in this film, it seems that she loves very bright spaces… just like I do! 🙂 The studio has windows where the light enters, emphasized by the monochrome walls and floor in a clear shade of beige.

We can see that the contrast between light (walls and floor) and dark details (the furniture and accessories) served to create a truly elegant and clean style.

Inevitable and incredibly stylish is the gallery wall, with photos, pictures, and mirrors.

In conclusion, to get such a practical and chic office, the secret is to remain minimal. Do not use too many colors and choose the complements characterized by simple and clean lines. In practice, no frills, but just what you need, what’s right for you, and what reflects your personality! 🙂

Cherry on the cake? T enrich the decor of the room with plants (really I recommend) in plain sight!

What do you think about it? Do you like the idea of the studio? What’s your office like? Would you like to change it?
