Do you remember “Beetlejuice”? Personally as a child, it always scared me a little bit… and what about you? I had the opportunity to see the movie again recently, and with adult eyes, in addition to not being afraid anymore, I have to say I was very impressed by the house, its design, when it was restored by the mean and snobby wife.
By passing the interior, because I don’t find it so interesting from a stylistic point of view, it just needed to create the right atmosphere. But outside is another story!
It has a contemporary and innovative style, even though the movie was shot in 1988!

Tim Burton managed to get an excellent result, thanks to the collaboration with production designer Bo Welch; we can even find them working together again in “Edward Scissorhands” and “Batman Returns“
