The Salone del Mobile, the most important annual appointment with design, will be staged from 17th to 22nd April. Over 2000 Italian and foreign exhibitors will present their solutions to a community of more than 370,000 visitors from 165 countries around the world. Thousands of national and international press representatives will also talk about the trends and sensations that will emerge at the Milan Design Week 2018.

The Salone del Mobile is not just a fair for professionals, but it is a real cultural event. Milan has hosted this event since its first date, in 1961. Since then, Italian and international design excellences are guiding the evolution of trends and industry.
An event not to be missed at all? Until April 25th you can visit the exhibition “Living Nature. La Natura dell’Abitare”, developed by the international design and innovation studio Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA). A pavilion of 500 square meters installed in Piazza Duomo in Milan, which will allow people to live all four seasons, tackling and contextualising themes such as climate change, sustainability and the optimization of natural resources. Visitors will be allowed to experience the changes in nature in the different climes of the calendar year. In addition to assuming an iconic, evocative and experiential value, the exhibition-event also launches a model for the recovery of the link between city and nature.
